1.Log in to your cPanel account and navigate to the "Email" section.
2. Click on "Email Accounts" and select the email account for which you want to set up the retention policy.
3. Scroll down to the "Mailbox Quota" section, and under "Email Disk Usage," click on "Manage."
4. In the "Mailbox Cleanup" section, you can set up retention policies to delete emails older than a certain number of days. You can also choose to delete emails that are larger than a certain size.
5. Once you have configured the retention policies, click on "Save Changes" to apply them.
Keep in mind that enabling retention policies will permanently delete emails from the server. Therefore, make sure you have a backup of important emails before setting up a retention policy.
